YOUR ALBUM 11:59 DROPS THIS JUNE. WHAT DOES THE NAME STAND FOR?

11:59 is more of an idea. The album has a lot of moments on it, the songs "Brand New Day," "This Could Be the Year," "Right Now," and "Wake Up" are very time-oriented and have an urgent feel to them. So, when I think of 11:59, I think of the time in the day when where you really can focus on the moment. 11:59 is the guy catching a football in the end zone. Everyone has an 11:59, and it’s probably one of his or her greatest moments.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE A GIRL ABOUT ASKING A GUY OUT OR GETTING THEM TO CALL??

I would say — as the guy who was always too shy to call — that the boys want to call but they always assume the girls they want are doing really fun things and don’t want to hear from them. So to the boys, I would say "Man up!" And to the girls, I would say be a little more outgoing. You need to strike up the conversation and get the guy out of his shell. Remember, the nice guys are the ones sitting on the side while the mean dudes are picking up all the girls!

WHAT IS THE MOST EMBARRASSING THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOU DURING A PERFORMANCE?

Once I was playing a show in Seattle and at the end of the concert I was like, 'Thank you, Spokane!' The whole crowd went completely quiet — it was one of those totally cliché Spinal Tap moments — I realized it quickly and was like, 'Just kidding!' The other night though, I was doing a rock n' roll kick during a show and my shoe went flying in the air! It landed right on the head of my acoustic guitarist. It couldn’t have been a better hit, but I was really embarrassed.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR FIRST KISS:

I used to have serious issues with kissing. My whole childhood I was stressed about getting married. I thought the first time I was ever going to kiss a girl was when I got married after they say "Kiss the bride." I would always think about it and get really worried that when the time came, I wouldn’t know what to do. I was stressed about this until I was about 13, when I finally kissed a girl. She was very forward, and I was so not ready for it. She kind of just grabbed me and went for it: open mouth, tongue in. I didn’t know what was happening. Afterwards, I remember opening my eyes and checking out the world around me, knowing nothing would ever be the same. I am still recovering.

lindsay lohan get an arrest warrent!

Beverly Hills police say an arrest warrant has been issued for actress Lindsay Lohan and they believe it involves her 2007 drunken driving conviction.

Police Sgt. Mike Foxen said Saturday that a court issued the warrant on Friday but he said he didn't have any details. He says police had not yet contacted the actress.

Lohan's publicist and lawyer didn't immediately return calls seeking comment Saturday.

Lohan pleaded guilty or no contest to DUI and cocaine charges after she crashed her Mercedes into a tree in Beverly Hills in 2007 and later chased the mother of an acquaintance into Santa Monica in an SUV.

She could go to jail if she violates any terms of her three-year probation, such as failing to have a drug test or meet with her probation officer.

Hey everyone! We are starting to get BIG on our planets inviroment and are trying to conserve on EVERYTHING. Thanks to me (hold the applause =)..... jkjk)this whole post is going to be about ways you can conserve. I have made this really cool abg and i think you might like it, and it will come in handy!




today you will be making a cool cloth bag out of an old, junkie, logo t-shirt that has been sitting in your closet for a year because it got to small on you. you will need......

- Thick String (perferrably thin yarn)
- Sissors
- Old junkie t-shirt

STEP 1-
Cut the sleeves off your t-shirt to wear it is stiched at the soldier.

STEP 2-
Snip the neck of the t-shirt in a V-shape so it is easy to fit items inside of it.

STEP 3-
Stitch the bottem up so nothing can come out of the bottem of the t-shirt.

You now have your bag that you can put anything in!!

Hilary Duff has become the latest celebrity to launch her own fashion line.

The former Lizzie McGuire star has designed a special collection in partnership with DKNY Jeans.

"As a young adult, I've chosen to dedicate my interest in fashion and design to creating a sophisticated upstairs collection," she said.

"I have always adored and worn DKNY Jeans, so it made perfect sense to reach out to them. We hit it off immediately, sharing a design vision offering something special for young women like me."

Femme For DKNY has been described as mixing rocker chic with a feminine touch. The line, which is expected to debut in Autumn, will mark the debut of Duff's new beauty and lifestyle brand, Femme.

The venture is the actress's second foray into design. In March 2004, she launched Stuff By Hilary Duff, a clothing, fragrance and jewellery line aimed at pre-teenage and teenage girls.

Maybe her collection will be available on Stardoll later this year. i think it will be because she is a RC on stardoll.

Heyy everyone sorry for not posting in a while. My labtop is DEMENTED =(. Ok well let's get to the real point of this post, Hannah Montana Movie. If you have seen preveiws for it on Disney Channel at the end she might not be hannah montana anymore because she like Tennessee so much. What do you think? Will Miley stay Miley or have a double life? If you remember a while back the tabloids interveiws with young Miley said that she will be quitting Hannah Montana because it is to "childish." So right there gives you a hint. in my opinion she is saying bye to Hannah and hello to Miley 24/7. What do you think?

Singles Awareness Day

's nothing quite like Valentine's Day to remind me that, once again, I am single. As if it weren't bad enough that I will be sitting at home with my two favorite men (Ben & Jerry) on this vicious holiday, it sucks that my ex will be off celebrating with his current girlfriend. Okay, so the sitting at home with ice cream is to much of a cliché for me to participate in, but I know I will end up spending the day agonizing over what he planned for her on Valentine's.

Now, I've never been a fan of Valentine's Day. If you're in a relationship, I don't think Hallmark needed to create a holiday to remind you to tell your significant other how much you care. And if you're single, well, it reminds you that you're single. My friend used to wish me a happy "Singles Awareness Day." S.A.D. as I always took it. I've never felt that I was the type of girl who needed a boyfriend to make me happy or feel "complete," but February 14 makes me feel like I'm not a part of this special club that only accepts two people at a time.

So how to spend Valentine's Day has always been a predicament of mine. But looking back, I never have awful memories. I always make sure that I'm not alone. I surround myself with people who care and love me, and who I care about and love as well.

However, I must say that I am a sucker for helping some of my girlfriends plan romantic dates for their boyfriends.

I ask you, how do you celebrate Valentine's Day? Do you spend the day with your significant other or with your girlfriends?

Chris Brown Assaults Rihanna

This is some pretty sad news to start the week off with, but it is certainly worthy of talking about. Perez tells us that Chris Brown was arrested after a pre-Grammy party on Saturday night for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend Rihanna. Apparently the couple was arguing in their car when it turned physical and she ended at the hospital in tears with “contusions and bites.” Brown turned himself in to police the next day, posted $50,000 bail and was released. Both he and Rihanna backed out of the Grammy’s the day of. That is just so sad, arguments with your significant other should never turn violent. We wish Rihanna the best and for Chris to get help.

Chris and Rihanna weren’t the only ones who backed out of the award show last minute — Dlisted tells us that Usher had to cancel all his Grammy plans because he had to go be by his wife’s side in Brazil after a “routine” surgery (better known as plastic surgery) went bad. She is in stable condition now, but this just goes to show that all surgery can be dangerous and it’s crazy what people put themselves through for vanity. Would you ever get plastic surgery?

Despite the absence of a few peeps, the Grammy’s ran smoothly. And what about M.I.A performing with Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, T.I., and Kanye West 9 months pregnant to the day. Yes, she performed on the day her baby was due. That is pretty hard core.

Are You Ready For a Danielle Original?

yo-yo-yo everybody!!! its yer girl baby D here again to give you those beauty tipss! Today, my goal is to mainly focus on you GORGEOUS hairr!!! Make it flirty for your bf for valentines day! Also what scent is right for you!

Do you want those gorgeous beach waves? These waves are carefree and funn!

you will need:

wave enhancing moose

curling iron (perferrably a tiny barrel)

a brush (just in case you mess up)

salt spray

OK! so when you have all of thats you can now start on getting the waves!

Step 1:

Apply wave- enhancing mousse to wet hair. Comb through with your fingers, but dont scrunch! You want to avoid creating curls.

Step 2:

Let your hair air dry most of the way. When it is just a little damp, flip your head over and spritz the strands of you hair with the salt spray.

Step 3:

Use a small-barrel curling iron to define waves. Curl some sections under by rolling the hair toward your head, and flip others up and out (they wont look to perfect!)

Then when you have done all of that you get your beautiful beach waves!!! Now i will move on to smell of your hair reccomending different shampoos!

If you like mint....

Then use John Frieda Collection root awakening health infusing shampoo! (Also comes with a conditioner.)

My Opinion: It makes my head feel so tingly (in a good way) and clean. And it smells like spearment gum!

If you like apple....

Then use Garnier Fructis moisture works fortifying shampoo (Also comes with a conditioner.)

My Opinion: My hair feels much stronger when i use this, and the scent is really yummy! Plus it gets my hair really soft because they use real avacottos.

If you like berry.....

Then usee Herbel essences hydralicious reconditioning shampoo (Also comes with a conditioner)

My Opinion: I loved using it! I love the way it makes my hair smell. People were asking me what shampoo i was using because they said it smelled so good.

Miley Cyrus in Trouble Again

It’s been a rough few weeks for Jessica Simpson, first there was all the weight talk you can see it in my January blog and now Hollywood Rag tells us that her boyfriend Tony Romo is cheating on her. Of course we don’t know if this rumor is actually true, but supposedly he was with another woman during a party he threw at the house they live in together in L.A. while she was out of town. In their home! I seriously hope this isn’t true.

Either Miley Cyrus really is a little troublemaker or she is just a major drama magnet. From her YouTube videos and racy photo shoots, Miley never ceases to grab attention. Her latest blunder is a picture that surfaced of her and a group of friends posing and pulling back the corners of their eyes. BittenandBound tells us that she has angered the Asian American community because they feel this is mocking the slanted eyes of people of Asian descent and that she is setting a bad example for her fans. What do you think?

And finally, earlier this week was the star-studded premiere of the much anticipated movie He’s Just Not That Into You. It’s quite a cast with Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Aniston, Scarlett Johansson, Ben Affleck and more.

Sneek Peek: Limited Edition

Stardoll decided to bring out the Limited Collection Early in the year this year, I suppose. Last year there was so much craze and talk about the expensive prices and how the sale lasted only one day and not even the full 24 hours more like 15 or so. Lots of stardoll members were so mad and frustrated that they couldnt have the collection because of its ridiculous prices and such limited stock. Well it is called limited edition, so brace yourselfs for this sale. It looks like This limited Edition Collection is all about embroidery and jean, where as last year was sequins zippers and studs. What do u think in comparison?

All the Right Moves

As a soccer fan living in America, I feel a bit lonely at times. There are no soccer highlights on ESPN, and the sports page in the newspaper is just as barren. There have been a few attempts to boost the number of soccer fans in America (like David Beckham’s migration to L.A.), but they have been in vain. I guess this means it is up to soccer groupies like me to recruit some new fans.

Because I can't take all of you SD girls on a Euro trip to see a game, here are some highlights from the 2008 Premier League season. Just watching these amazing goals will make you feel like cheering. What could be more impressive than a perfect bicycle kick? Not much.

Still, no matter how you feel about the game, it’s certainly okay to simply admire how adorable the players are. Looking to add a little spice to your desktop? Search for Christiano Ronaldo, Michael Ballack, or Fernando Torres backgrounds and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Give soccer a try, you might like it! Look up game times on T.V. or go kick a ball around with your friends.

Eyeliner!!- mascara is the perfect winged eyeliner
. Remove the wand from the tube, and swipe a
Tiny eyeliner brish around the inside rim of your
eye. A brush with a pointy tip might help you get
a precious line.

Use it as..................
Eyeshadow!!- Use an eyeshadow brush to apply
your lids. This works best with a bronzer that has
a variaty of shades. You can controll your eyes by
putting a darker shade in your creases and a
lighter shade on eyelids and inner corners.

A curling iron!!- For soft waves, clamp the flat-
iron down near the end of a two-inch section
of hair, and wind your hair around it twice

OMG...very soon stardoll will be opening to new DKNY Shop with the spring 2009 collection. So far this is what has been discovered. I dont think this is it because those red colored boots tell me otherwise, but who knows? Lets just hope this is only the beginning and that they dont forget about the fall collection, which had some pretty nice pieces. Im guessing the store is going to open this month, maybe this week! Ok i dont want to get ahead of myself, but it is kind of exciting.

The runways are full of tumbling models as this season's heels get higher and higher. But sometimes a girl just needs to be comfortable walking from point A to point B. Luckily, the new sneakers for spring will let you tromp around in comfort and style. Take a peek at these flirty floral kicks, and these classic Fila hightops, which are some of my personal favorites.

If you don't have a lot of cash to spend on some of the more expensive pairs, check out Vans.com. They have some adorable, but affordable, shoes. Here's a great DIY (if you really want to get creative) project: buy a pair of white Vans and a pack of permanent markers and make your own design. Plus, it's a great way to personalize a pair as a gift for Valentine's Day.

The Paris Couture shows are in. Every seam has been stitched, ribbon tied, and bead sewn. The extravagance and beauty is like a ray of sunshine on these rainy days.

In a nutshell.........

Chanel

The Karl Lagerfeld, show for Chanel was stunning. Taking inspiration, ‘he started with a clean sheet of paper’. The whole idea was to walk into spring in a carefree way, leaving the troubles we hear on the news, in the dark..

Beautiful white flowers covered the hair and clothes, but the silhouette was simple and ‘A’ line. All typical Chanel details were there, but made tiny with mini crystals, beads and braids. A beautiful Fresh collection that shows, Couture is still alive and blooming like a beautiful flower.

THINK WHITE FLOWERS, SIMPLE WHITE DRESSES, GLITTERING FABRICS and PRETTY BLACK ACCESSORIES.

Christian Dior

“It's our job to make people dream” John Galliano said of his Latest Dior couture show. Inspired by Dutch Painters, the huge artist sleeves were clearly seen. The skirts looked like huge flowers turned upside down, with tiny waists that are soooooo Dior. The colors were straight out of an old oil painting. Mustard yellows, bright reds and powder blues. Details, included beautiful tulip embroideries and ruffles in lace, inspired by old blue and white porcelain.

THINK RIBBONS, VOLUME, SMALL WAISTS and BIG SLEEVES.

Givenchy

Here at Stardoll, we all love Givenchy. The runway show was entirely covered in beautiful rose petals. Creative Director Riccardo Tisci, is a lover of dark romance and Goth. The collection was a mix of tight body con, big Edwardian shoulders and classic roman goddess style togas. Bandage style wrapping, (Think Egyptian Mummy) could be seen in the details. Fresh lemon yellow, powder lilac, beige and ending in black. A flashback to 1980’s, with the use of lycra and shapely suits, with powerful shoulders.

THINK PUFFY SLEEVES, GODDESS DRAPING, BODY CON and PALE COLOURS.

Style.com, described it as ‘modern-elegant eveningwear’.

Here at Stardoll, we like to call it, ‘stuff we want Stardoll to make so we can wear it!”. Quietly raise your hand if you agree!!!

Until then we will have to experiment with what we already have.

Two Faced

We've all been in situations of he-said, she-said. You get into a fight with one person and then you hear the next day a different story out of someone else's mouth. Who do you believe? The person you're in conflict with or your best friend?

I've been in this situation before. It indeed puts you in a sticky situation. With rumors, gossip and talk behind your back, of course you want to address it. You're reputation is at stake and people are judging you by words that are coming out of other peoples' mouths.

Yet, when it is addressed because it needs to be, who do you accredit your information to? It's hard to not reveal your source, and I totally understand how you want to protect your friends who delivered the dirty words to you.

I've done both options. I've confronted the person and told them what I heard and who I heard it from and then I've also kept my mouth shut.

While confronting gave me the immediate satisfaction of telling that person "I know what you did," it also made a third party's relationship with that person difficult. It forced her to choose sides and put strain on their friendship.

I also have kept quiet. Kept the knowledge to myself and simply used it to cater how I behave around the person who talked the smack about me. It helped me to shape how much I trusted and what I said to her.

I myself don't know what the best solution is. It's different in every case and every person.

Jessica Gets Criticized for Weight Gain

So earlier this week some pics of Jessica Simpson surfaced of her looking a little heavier than her usual self. I wasn't going to write about it because I don't really think her gaining a few pounds is really news (or gossip) worthy — we all go through up and downs with our weight — and I commend her for not being shy about it. I think she looks good, it's the outfit that bothers me.

But apparently Fox News thought it was a worthy story, even questioning whether "the star has been eating the same diet that her Dallas Cowboys quarterback boyfriend Tony Romo does?" And of course all the celebrity gossip blogs had a field day with the fat jokes. I mean look at this cartoon. It's absolutely horrible!

Both Jessica and Ashlee Simpson had a response to the cruel media — but they should have probably discussed it first. Jess told OK! Magazine "I'm not fat. Going from a size 2 to a size 8, that's not fat. If I weren't Jessica Simpson, no one would care." True. But Ashlee took to her Myspace blog and said "How can we expect teenage girls to love and respect themselves in an environment where we criticize a size 2 figure?" Also true, well except for the part where she says Jessica is a size 2.

But of course her size doesn't matter, I'm just saying....So read Ashlee's whole blog and tell me what you think. I agree with her that someone's weight should not matter and to publicly belittle someone because of it is unnecessarily harsh. But at the same time many of the people who left comments on her blog said that it was hard to take Ashlee seriously when she is the one that changed her whole face to conform to the media ideal.

Please tell me what you think of this whole weight controversy? Should people just leave Jess alone or is this just a part of being a celeb? What about Ashlee? Should she voice her opinion or keep her mouth shut?


Olsen Twin's star gets Vandalized

Britney’s ex Kevin Federline (yes people still talk about him) really wants to be a contestant on Dancing with the Stars, says Celebitchy. When I first heard this I thought that he would be the perfect contestant, the perfect D-List, semi-famous status. But then I remembered that Brit and KFed met when he was her back-up dancer. So that isn’t exactly fair now is it? Do you think he should be on the show? Or do you even care?

We know the PETA people don’t like the fur-wearing Olsen twins and have targeted campaigns against them — but now all the tourists in Los Angeles will know too. Perez tells us that Mary-Kate and Ashley’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was vandalized with the words “Fur Hag.” So were Aretha Franklin’s and Sharon Stone’s. That is pretty hard core, but there must be a better way. Right?

Avril Lavigne is yet another celeb with her own clothing line, and it’s well, very Avril Lavigne circa year 2000. Check out the pics of her modeling her line for Kohl’s called “Abbey Dawn.” I am not saying 24 is old in the least bit, but I think these clothes are a little immature. Isn’t Avril married? Would you wear them? Tell me!

Well, my friends say I have a unique style, I collect American Girl DOlls & stuffed animals, and I'm like ADDICTED to stardoll!!!

2.What was the most memorable experience you have had in your entire life?
Maybe winning this, or finally getting a dog (Yukon, in 2000) then her mom (Sammie, in 2008)! I love them so much!

3.Who do think should win the competition for Miss February? and why?
I think a TON of people should win Miss February, I dont think I could just pick one!

4.What was the best part of the experience for you?
Well winning of course! But other than that, making new friends, people saw that i won and came like running at me with friend requests! I thinks thats the most requests iv'e ever had!

5.How has your life changed?
Well new friends, new clothes soon and furniture, im honored 2 be on your mag (luv it!), and im just so happy and excited!

Rose Marie Walano

This just in! According to theLos Angeles Times, Dakota Fanning has been scooped to play the part of Jane, the adorable but deadly Italian Volturi, in Twilight's forthcoming sequel, New Moon. According toE! Online, she didn't even have to audition - she was just handed the role!

I am a devout fan of the series. Honestly, I need two hands to tell you how many times I've seen it in theaters (thank goodness for DVD sales in dark alleys in NYC). And although this decision seems to have come out of nowhere, I think that Dakota is a perfect match. She's as cute as a button (think of her in uptown girls with Brittany Murphy). But she also has definite dramatic acting chops. Take her performance in War Of The Worlds as the neurotic daughter of Tom Cruise. She was only 11 when it came out! And if you saw Twilight in theaters, then you also saw her kick ass through the preview of the apocalyptic, secret agent flick, Push. She's the best of both worlds. I'm totally satisfied with the decision. Are you?

More ambiguous is my opinion on another casting rumor. Vanessa Hudgens, best known for her portrayal of Gabriella Montez in the High School Musical series, is rumored to be up for the role of Leah Clearwater, the feisty female werewolf whose character becomes increasingly crucial in later installments of the Twilight series. She's so important that Stephenie Meyer herself has said that if she continued with the series (and I do hope she does-Midnight Sun anyone?), she would do so from Leah's point of view. Just Jared says that according to her rep, Hudgens did not audition for the role. Even Twilight's screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg chimed in, stating, "If Vanessa is auditioning for the role of Leah, she's written her own pages to read, 'cause I didn't write 'em."

Ouch! And yet, at the same time, I feel relieved. Vanessa seems like a sweetie, as evidenced by her squeaky clean role in HSM. So, despite our sharing the same boyfriend (sigh), I can respect the girl as an actress/songbird. She even has the right physical look, thanks to her multi-ethnic heritage. However, she does not seem to possess the inner turmoil necessary to play the moody, broody role of Leah. I wouldn't either if I was dating Zac Efron.

Still, she does have one cast member's bite of approval. Ashley Greene, who plays Edward's omniscient sis Alice in the film, says that although she wasn't aware of an audition, she thinks Vanessas is "adorable"and would be "stoked" if she got the role. Hmmm?

What do you think? Does the pop princess formerly known as "Baby V" have it in her to join Hollywood's hottest franchise? Or she should stick to sweeter fare?
