YOUR ALBUM 11:59 DROPS THIS JUNE. WHAT DOES THE NAME STAND FOR?
11:59 is more of an idea. The album has a lot of moments on it, the songs "Brand New Day," "This Could Be the Year," "Right Now," and "Wake Up" are very time-oriented and have an urgent feel to them. So, when I think of 11:59, I think of the time in the day when where you really can focus on the moment. 11:59 is the guy catching a football in the end zone. Everyone has an 11:59, and it’s probably one of his or her greatest moments.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE A GIRL ABOUT ASKING A GUY OUT OR GETTING THEM TO CALL??
I would say — as the guy who was always too shy to call — that the boys want to call but they always assume the girls they want are doing really fun things and don’t want to hear from them. So to the boys, I would say "Man up!" And to the girls, I would say be a little more outgoing. You need to strike up the conversation and get the guy out of his shell. Remember, the nice guys are the ones sitting on the side while the mean dudes are picking up all the girls!
WHAT IS THE MOST EMBARRASSING THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOU DURING A PERFORMANCE?
Once I was playing a show in Seattle and at the end of the concert I was like, 'Thank you, Spokane!' The whole crowd went completely quiet — it was one of those totally cliché Spinal Tap moments — I realized it quickly and was like, 'Just kidding!' The other night though, I was doing a rock n' roll kick during a show and my shoe went flying in the air! It landed right on the head of my acoustic guitarist. It couldn’t have been a better hit, but I was really embarrassed.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR FIRST KISS:
I used to have serious issues with kissing. My whole childhood I was stressed about getting married. I thought the first time I was ever going to kiss a girl was when I got married after they say "Kiss the bride." I would always think about it and get really worried that when the time came, I wouldn’t know what to do. I was stressed about this until I was about 13, when I finally kissed a girl. She was very forward, and I was so not ready for it. She kind of just grabbed me and went for it: open mouth, tongue in. I didn’t know what was happening. Afterwards, I remember opening my eyes and checking out the world around me, knowing nothing would ever be the same. I am still recovering.

Its an autobiography talking about her relationship with her dad Billy Ray Cyrus, the media and her relationships with her ex-boyfriends Emily Osment and Nick Jonas. 's nothing quite like Valentine's Day to remind me that, once again, I am single. As if it weren't bad enough that I will be sitting at home with my two favorite men (Ben & Jerry) on this vicious holiday, it sucks that my ex will be off celebrating with his current girlfriend. Okay, so the sitting at home with ice cream is to much of a cliché for me to participate in, but I know I will end up spending the day agonizing over what he planned for her on Valentine's.
Now, I've never been a fan of Valentine's Day. If you're in a relationship, I don't think Hallmark needed to create a holiday to remind you to tell your significant other how much you care. And if you're single, well, it reminds you that you're single. My friend used to wish me a happy "Singles Awareness Day." S.A.D. as I always took it. I've never felt that I was the type of girl who needed a boyfriend to make me happy or feel "complete," but February 14 makes me feel like I'm not a part of this special club that only accepts two people at a time.
So how to spend Valentine's Day has always been a predicament of mine. But looking back, I never have awful memories. I always make sure that I'm not alone. I surround myself with people who care and love me, and who I care about and love as well.
However, I must say that I am a sucker for helping some of my girlfriends plan romantic dates for their boyfriends.
I ask you, how do you celebrate Valentine's Day? Do you spend the day with your significant other or with your girlfriends?

This is some pretty sad news to start the week off with, but it is certainly worthy of talking about. Perez tells us that Chris Brown was arrested after a pre-Grammy party on Saturday night for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend Rihanna. Apparently the couple was arguing in their car when it turned physical and she ended at the hospital in tears with “contusions and bites.” Brown turned himself in to police the next day, posted $50,000 bail and was released. Both he and Rihanna backed out of the Grammy’s the day of. That is just so sad, arguments with your significant other should never turn violent. We wish Rihanna the best and for Chris to get help.
Chris and Rihanna weren’t the only ones who backed out of the award show last minute — Dlisted tells us that Usher had to cancel all his Grammy plans because he had to go be by his wife’s side in Brazil after a “routine” surgery (better known as plastic surgery) went bad. She is in stable condition now, but this just goes to show that all surgery can be dangerous and it’s crazy what people put themselves through for vanity. Would you ever get plastic surgery?
Despite the absence of a few peeps, the Grammy’s ran smoothly. And what about M.I.A performing with Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, T.I., and Kanye West 9 months pregnant to the day. Yes, she performed on the day her baby was due. That is pretty hard core.
